Any Canon EF or EF-S lens
The camera and lens have nothing to do with how professional a photo will look. That has to do with your skills with the camera and your composition of the images.
If that were true, all we would have to do is spend $40,000 for a nice "professional" Hasselblad and shoot away.
If you shoot landscapes, the Canon 10-22 mm is the best, if you shoot mostly groups and general photography, then the 24-70 mm is the best and if you are into wildlife or sports, the 70-200 mm or a nice 400 mm would be perfect

50mm f/1.8.

It makes a good portrait lens with the 1.6 crop factor on the Canon Rebel.
The kit lens, 75-300 mm telephoto lens and a wide angle lens should should be enough. But only you can make your photos look professional by using your eye and knowing how to use the light that is available.
